Refund Policy
Return Eligibility
We want you to love your CraftScents products! If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return eligible items within 30 days of purchase. To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The item must be unused and in the original packaging.
- All tags and seals must remain intact.
- Proof of purchase must be provided with the return request.
Process for Initiating Returns
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer service team at support@craftscents.com to request a return authorization.
- Provide your order number and reason for return.
- Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label.
Refund Methods and Processing Time
Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase. Please allow up to 14 business days for your refund to be processed once we receive the returned item. You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been issued.
Special Cases
In the event that you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately at support@craftscents.com. We will address these issues promptly and provide you with a replacement or refund as appropriate.
Exceptions to the Policy
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for the following items:
- Customized or personalized candles.
- Gift cards.
